We built this because cold email failed us.

Bulk email tools cost us money every month and returned nothing but blocked mailboxes. So we built a tool that read public buying signals and wrote to the companies that had already said what they wanted. In its first week it won us a $30k job. Opptix is that tool, rebuilt for other UK firms.

Start with who is already spending.

Most of the market is noise. Opptix looks for the signs that a company is about to spend: an open tender, a contract coming to an end, a hiring push, a new site or fresh funding.

  • Public tenders
  • Contracts about to end
  • Job adverts
  • Company news
  • Grants and funding
  • Planning applications
  • Local businesses and reviews
  • Websites that need work

In the UK, Europe, the USA and the Middle East.

The Signals list in Opptix, sorted by fit, with the type of each signal and how well it suits the business.

Checked against your business.

Tell Opptix what you sell, who buys it and where you work. The AI reads each signal against that profile and asks one plain question: is this a real fit? Most fall away. The right ones stay, with the reason written down.

It writes every email and sends it.

Opptix writes short emails that say the real reason you are getting in touch. It sends them and follows up whilst you sleep, in the hours you choose and never more a day than you allow. Want to see them first? Pick Approve first or Approve each. On a live tender it never emails the buyer, and bids are drafts for you to read. Replies always wait for you to answer.

Questions, answered plainly

What is Opptix?

Opptix is an AI sales team for companies that sell to other companies. It watches for signs that a company is ready to buy, such as a contract coming to an end or a hiring push, and checks each one against your business. It then writes the email and sends it whilst you sleep. On a live tender it drafts your response and never emails the buyer.

How much does Opptix cost?

There are three plans. Free is £0 with 40 credits a month and needs no card. Standard is £39 a month with 400 credits and Pro is £79 a month with 1,000 credits, with 20% off when you pay yearly. A credit is 10p, you can top up any time, and there is no contract.

Does Opptix send emails on its own?

Yes. On Fully automatic it writes every email, sends it and follows up whilst you sleep. It only sends in the hours you choose, and never more a day than you allow. Anything it cannot safely send waits for you: a flagged email, a lead with no email address, a firm it cannot confirm is a company, or a buyer with a live tender. If you want to read emails first, pick Approve first to see the first email to each person, or Approve each to see every one. Replies always wait for you to answer, and one switch pauses all sending.

What stops it emailing people who do not want to hear from me?

Before a first cold email, Opptix checks that the business is a company or a public body, because UK rules treat sole traders as individuals. Every cold email carries an unsubscribe line, a reply asking to stop is acted on straight away, and a do-not-email list is checked before every send.

Where does Opptix find opportunities?

It looks at public tenders and early notices, contracts about to end, job adverts, company news, local businesses and their reviews, and checks on company websites. It covers the UK, Europe, the USA and the Middle East. We describe our sources by what they look at rather than by name.

Is Fully automatic on the Free plan?

No. Free shows you the leads and writes drafts. Fully automatic sending and the contact finder start on Standard, at £39 a month.

Can I use my own mailbox?

Yes, you connect your own mailbox, ideally on a separate sending domain. Opptix can warm it up for you, paid for in credits.

Is the win chance a promise?

No. The win chance is an estimate to help you decide where to spend your time. The figure on this page is an example. Opptix shows the reasons behind every score so you can judge for yourself.
