Agents on autopilot, inside limits you set
Live
Agents on autopilot are Opptix AI agents that run a recurring routine on their own: watching signals, screening them and preparing outreach. You choose the approval level, the daily sending limits and the sending hours, and the agents stop and ask when something needs a person.
What can run on autopilot?
- Watching the signals you follow.
- Screening new ones against your profile.
- Finding the right person and preparing a message.
- Following up and updating your pipeline.
What limits can you set?
- How much needs your approval: every message, only the first in a sequence, or none that pass the checks.
- Which signals and countries each campaign works on.
- Daily sending limits, and the hours and days messages may go out.
- Pause all sending in one click. Work also stops when credits run out.
How do you stay informed?
Updates can be sent to a Microsoft Teams channel you connect, and you can ask Aria what the agents have done and what needs you. You can pause sending at any time.
Is it safe to leave running?
Approving every message is the default. Start there, watch the quality, and move to approving only the first message, or to full autopilot, only where you are comfortable. See security for how control works.

Autopilot is how the other roles work together without you starting each task. Read about AI agent crews for more.
Frequently asked questions
Can agents send messages without my approval?
You decide. Approval can be required for every message, and it is the sensible place to start.
Can I limit how much they spend?
Spend is capped by the credit on your account: paid work stops when it runs out. Automatic top-up is optional.
Can I stop them?
Yes. You can pause sending at any time.
