Your data stays yours
Short, honest answers. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Approval before sending
Outreach is drafted for you to review. By default nothing is sent in your name until you approve it. If you choose to let an agent send on its own, you set the sending limits and hours, and you can pause all sending in one click. See approval-first outreach.
Your data
Your lists, messages and replies belong to you. We do not sell them and we do not share one customer's data with another.
Your documents
Documents Opptix creates for you are saved to your own SharePoint, so they live in a place you already control.
Updates
Updates are sent on Microsoft Teams, so you do not need to watch another inbox.
Access
Access to your account is limited to the people you invite.
Where data is hosted
If your organisation needs to know exactly where data is stored and processed, contact us and we will answer in writing. We would rather say nothing than claim something we cannot back up.
Outreach rules
B2B email in the UK is governed by PECR and UK GDPR. Messages include a way to opt out. Read more in is AI cold email legal in the UK. That page is general information, not legal advice.
