What does it track?

In the Opptix app, and in short updates on Microsoft Teams. You can also ask Aria what has changed and what needs you.
What does it hand to a person?
Anything that needs judgement: a reply with a question, an interested buyer, a change in plans. The point is to leave you the conversations, and take the admin.
